Nike Sportswear Air Force 1 Low x LIVESTRONG x Mr. Cartoon
The Nike Sportswear Air Force 1 Low x LIVESTRONG x Mr. Cartoon, the first of Nike Sportswear and LIVESTRONG's "Greatest Hits" collection, is set to officially release on July 4th to celebrate the first day of the Tour de France.
Via Nike:
To raise awareness for the global fight against cancer, Nike Sportswear has re-designed eight of its most coveted and iconic collaborations from the last decade and will re-release them as part of this exclusive LIVESTRONG Collection. Split into two installments, the first four-shoe pack drops in July during the Tour de France and features what can only be described as ‘holy grails’ of the sneaker scene.
Never released publicly, the original Mister Cartoon Air Force 1 was only available to select friends and family of Los Angeles’ most celebrated tattoo artist. Immediately acknowledged as an instant classic, die-hard collectors paid upwards of $3,000 for the limited pairs that made it outside. Comprehensively re-worked by Mister Cartoon for this release, the new look AF1 again deploys Laser technology to provide the gritty graphics reflecting its city of origin.
100% of the proceeds from this release go towards the Lance Armstrong Foundation in the fight against Cancer. The Nike Sportswear x Livestrong x Mister Cartoon Air Force 1 will launch at Midnight on July 2nd exclusively at Mister Cartoon's tattoo shop in Los Angeles, with a wider release on July 4th celebrating the first day of the Tour de France.

Nike SB Dunk Low x Air Force 1- Black Supreme
Back in late 2008 DJ Clark Kent grabbed us at an event and gave us a brief glimpse at these amazing mashups. The Nike SB Dunk Low x Air Force 1 pictured above mixes the legendary black and red Supreme Dunk Low design with an AF1 sole. These are noticeably different from DJ Clark Kent’s version though, riding a black midsole instead of the previously white design, of course with out hurting any feelings, the DJ CK version with the white midsole is much nicer. As with those earlier joints, you have about zero chance of getting these. In any case, click the jump for more photos and let us know, do you prefer these or the white-midsoled version?
Update: Just got a tip that these were originally made for Chi McBride who wore these size 14s a few times.

Nike SB Dunk Low x Air Force 1- White Supreme
Earlier today, we got an exclusive, up close look at the Black Supreme version of the ultra-rare Nike SB Dunk Low x Air Force 1. Those were slightly different than the 2002 originals, but these stick to the script. The Nike SB Dunk Low x Air Force 1 White Supreme pictured above is something we’ve seen before, but their scarcity demands another look. It’s rumoured that only six pairs of these exist in the entire world, given as a gift to the original Nike SB riders. Like the black joints, you simply aren’t getting these, but click the jump below to enjoy the detailed photos.
Update: Just got a tip that these were originally made for Chi McBride and were not from the six pairs made for the original Nike SB team. The original six pairs had a royal blue midsole.

Air Jordan 12 (XII) Rising Sun
Back in April, we reported that the Air Jordan 12 (XII) would be releasing three now colorways this holiday season, and we now have our first look at the first of three styles. This pair hosts a white leather upper with black accents on the out-sole, inner lining, and heel, while varsity red accents can be seen via the heel and tongue. Overall, this pair yields a clean and fresh new colorway of a classic model. This sneaker is nicknamed the “Rising Sun” Air Jordan 12 (XII), and will release in October 2009 for a retail price of $150.

Air Jordan VII Unreleased Sample
It’s pretty rare to see a 17 year old never-before-seen Air Jordan sample emerge, but it appears that’s exactly what you’re looking at. These insane Air Jordan VII’s are a 1 of 1 look-see sample from 1992 that never saw the light of day until now. They have been authenticated as 100% legit and with the exception of a little aging, they are still looking incredible. The kicks feature a white tumbled leather upper with sections of purple suede and have additional red and teal accents on the midsole and heel. It’s a shame that this colorway was never released, but perhaps now that these pics have surfaced, Jordan Brand will decide to make up for lost time and put them into production. If you are as intrigued as we were, you can see a bunch more images of these stunners after the jump.
